1. Express delivery
For Express shipments we use TNT Express. Their transit time is 1-2 work days depending on the town and country of destination.

2. Road service
For Standard road service, we use 3 companies depending on the weight of the order.
a) For orders of up to 15 kg

b) For orders from 16 to 100 kg
we use TNT ECONOMY EXPRESS, you can find the transit time to your country following this link: http://www.tnt.com/wwtt/wwttinput.do?navigation=1&respLang=en&respCountry=gb
c) For orders of over 100 kg
we ship the goods on pallet. Our standard pallet size is 80x120 cm, if you need a different size pallet please contact our customer service. For pallet shipments we use freight forwarders of group shipments. The transit times depend on the destination country and are:
· For Central Europe – 5-7 work days. Departures on Tuesday and Friday
· UK – 6-7 work days. Departure on Friday
· For Spain, Portugal, Scandinavia – 7-9 work days. Departures on Tuesday and Friday
3. Collection by customer
In case that you want to use a different shipping company or you want your order to travel on your expense, please select the appropriate field at checkout.

For shipments outside of the European Union, please allow 2-3 additional work days because of the customs procedures.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If InsightVisionLtd handles the shipping, title and risk of loss pass to customer upon the delivery of the goods to the specified delivery address. Please inspect all merchandise while the delivery agent is still present, making note of number of boxes delivered as well as any visible damage or discrepancies. If you observe damage beyond use or repair, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately by email or phone. Please keep all damaged containers and merchandise for inspection by the carrier's agent until advised to do otherwise by Insight Vision. Insight Vision will file all necessary claims with the carrier.
In the case when you select your carrier, the title and the risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. You will be responsible for paying your trucking company all freight charges associated with your order. In the event that your order is lost or damaged, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the trucking company in order to recover the cost of the merchandise and freight expenses.
